Cut the tenderloin into thin slices, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce and starch, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes. Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water for one minute, peel and cut into small pieces. Wash the mushrooms and garlic sprouts.

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and tomatoes and stir-fry.

Then add the mushrooms and stir-fry.

Add appropriate amount of water to boil, add sliced meat and cook for 2 minutes.
