27’s cooking diary – braised pork elbow

This is the first time I’ve learned how to make braised pork elbows. It’s super simple but delicious~heehee~

Wash the elbows, remove the hair, and scald them in boiling water to remove excess blood and residue.

Put all the ingredients except the elbows in a casserole and cook for a while.

Simmer the soup for a while, add the blanched elbows, cover the pot and simmer for nearly half an hour.

Wash the Chinese cabbage, put an appropriate amount of salt in the pot, add the Chinese cabbage, blanch the Chinese cabbage until cooked, and set aside.

Take out the marinated elbows and put them on a plate~It’s done~~
