Wash and cut the hairtail into sections, marinate with salt and cooking wine for a while.

Flour to cornstarch 1:1.

Add water and stir

After the hairtail is battered, put it into the pan and fry it. Don't use too much heat.

Remove after frying both sides.

Add ginger and garlic to the pot, sauté until fragrant, then add an appropriate amount of sugar and stir-fry for a while.

Pour in the fried hairtail and stir slightly to coat with the sugar liquid.

Add soy sauce and soy sauce, pour in appropriate amount of water, add some MSG and let it boil.
