Fruit cheese pie
Overview
It has the aroma of blueberries and the soft aroma of sweet orange. When paired with thick cheese, the rich and mellow taste is incomparable. This product has specially changed some baking methods to make the cheese softer and sweeter, with a richer texture and better taste.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut the butter into small pieces, pour in low-gluten flour, 5g white sugar, salt and water, stir evenly,
-
Pour them onto a piece of plastic wrap, wrap them in plastic wrap, and knead them into a ball,
-
Take off the plastic wrap, the dough will look ugly now,
-
Roll it out and fold it in half,
-
Fold it in half again,
-
Continue to roll it out and repeat the above actions five or six times,
-
The dough will be very smooth at this time, roll it into a dough sheet about 4 mm thick,
-
Put it into the pie plate. I used a tart mold to make a few extra edges. Use a fork to make small air holes on the bottom, put heavy objects on it, and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
-
During the baking period, we can make the filling. Soften the cream cheese at room temperature and beat it with a whisk until smooth and grain-free. (You can also heat it over water to soften it.)
-
Add sugar and continue to beat,
-
Add the whole egg liquid to the cheese in portions, stir well each time before adding the next time. The more times you add, the better it will be.
-
Add juice, (I added blueberry juice, it can also be other juice,)
-
Add a few slices of orange and put it in the oven at 150 degrees for about 25 minutes.
