I remember seeing a cabbage stir-fried with vermicelli in a restaurant for more than 20 yuan with a nice name. I thought to myself, what’s the point? How easy it is to make it yourself! So when I got home and tried it myself, there were no vermicelli. I used vermicelli and the effect was pretty good. If you like it spicy, add some dried chili and the effect would be even better.

  1. Prepare the ingredients: cabbage, vermicelli, onion, ginger, pork, salt, light soy sauce, and Jiusan corn germ oil.

  2. First, boil a pot of water, put the vermicelli in it and count for 30 times, then change to cold water and soak it.
