Stir-fried vermicelli with cabbage
Overview
I remember seeing a cabbage stir-fried with vermicelli in a restaurant for more than 20 yuan with a nice name. I thought to myself, what’s the point? How easy it is to make it yourself! So when I got home and tried it myself, there were no vermicelli. I used vermicelli and the effect was pretty good. If you like it spicy, add some dried chili and the effect would be even better.

Prepare the ingredients: cabbage, vermicelli, onion, ginger, pork, salt, light soy sauce, and Jiusan corn germ oil.

First, boil a pot of water, put the vermicelli in it and count for 30 times, then change to cold water and soak it.

Shred the cabbage, shred the pork, chop the green onion and ginger and set aside.

Mix pork shreds with light soy sauce and starch.

Heat the wok and add corn germ oil. When the oil is hot, add shredded pork and stir-fry.

When the shredded meat changes color, add onion and ginger and saute until fragrant.

Add shredded cabbage and stir-fry

When the shredded cabbage becomes soft, add the vermicelli to control the moisture and stir-fry

Add 15ml light soy sauce and mix well
