Braised fish steak
Overview
A big fish can’t finish it all. You can make several dishes separately. Remove the fish meat and make fish balls. Marinate the remaining fish bones with soy sauce, salt, cooking wine. Wrap it in flour and fry it. Add some chopped pepper and eat. Extraordinarily delicious. A favorite dish for family gatherings.

Marinate with salt and cooking wine for 20 minutes, sprinkle with flour and mix well
