【Sauerkraut Hot Pot Fish】
Overview
This dish is modified from my hometown's [Meat and Tofu Pudding]. The fish meat is tender and the soup tastes fresher. Oyster mushrooms, tofu, ham, and bean sprouts are added to it. It's like hot pot, so I call it [Sauerkraut Hot Pot Fish]
