Use a rice cooker to cook rice in advance

Peel and dice the potatoes, wash and remove the starch. Put oil in the pot, fry the potatoes and set aside.

Leave oil at the bottom of the pot, stir-fry the minced meat, drain and set aside.

Pour off the excess oil in the pot, leaving a little bit to add the rice to the pot.

Add potatoes. Tighten it with five spice powder, salt and a little chicken powder.

Add green peppers and green onions. A little water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Cover the pot and stir evenly.

Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Then reduce the soup over high heat. Ready to serve.
