Overview
I made bean paste filling and was thinking about making something with it. There was still a lot left after making bean paste buns, so I decided to make snow-coated bean paste. Snow-coat bean paste is an auspicious dish. It is white in color, like clouds and snow. When eaten, it is sprinkled with sugar. It is sweet and delicious. It is a dish loved by women and children. It is also a dish that must be ordered when going out to eat or entertaining guests.

The homemade bean paste filling is ready

Knead the bean paste into small balls of about 3-4 cm and set aside

Coat all bean paste balls with cornstarch

Separate the egg whites for later use, use only the egg whites without the yolk

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks

Add corn starch and mix well and set aside
