Put the eggs, milk, sugar, salt, bread flour, and yeast into the bread machine and start the dough (bread) function. Repeat the program once. After mixing, ferment in the bread machine for half an hour.

While the dough is fermenting, stir in the coconut filling.

Heat the butter in the microwave to melt, add eggs, sugar, and stir evenly.

Add coconut and mix well.

After the dough has risen and deflated, divide it evenly into 5 portions.

Roll out the dough into a round piece and spread a layer of coconut filling.

Roll up one side with the seam facing down.

Make a cut in the middle and connect the tops.

Cross and twist into a braid, and hold the two ends together at the bottom.

Once done, place on a greased baking sheet and place in the oven to ferment at 37 degrees for 1 hour.

After fermentation, apply a layer of egg and milk mixture on the surface. 170 degrees for 10 minutes. Add a layer of tin foil or a large baking sheet on top to avoid over-coloring. I placed the baking pan on the baking grid, and placed the original baking pan of the oven on the upper layer.
