Arctic Shrimp with Garlic Asparagus

Cut off the old roots of asparagus and scrape off the old skin. Cut into segments.

Put it into a pot of boiling water and blanch it, take it out and let it cool down.

Wash and drain the Arctic shrimps and apply a layer of starch on them.

Heat more oil in the pot, add the shrimps, fry over medium-low heat until the color becomes darker and take them out.
