Cornmeal hand-rolled noodles
Overview
In summer, there is a lot of time to eat cold noodles. But I wanted to eat some whole grains, so I made cornmeal hand-rolled noodles.

Steps
-
Ingredients: flour, cornmeal, salt. Mix several ingredients, knead into a smooth dough, and let it sit for 30 minutes.
-
Move the dough to the panel. Because the panel is small, I divide the dough into two small doughs.
-
Take one of the dough and roll it into a large and thin round piece.
-
Sprinkle with a little cloth, fold, and cut into equal-width strips.
-
Use your hands to spread and place it to prevent sticking. Roll out, cut, and spread the other dough in the same way.
-
Turn on the heat, bring the water in the pot to a boil, add the noodles, cook them, take them out and soak them in cold water. You can mix the marinade according to your preference, and then you can eat it.
-
I used minced pork and roasted beans for seasoning (I won’t go into details on how to do it, you can mix it according to your own preferences).

This is the finished product.
