Overview

In order to increase white blood cells, but I really don’t like to eat sea cucumbers, so I put them in porridge! Out of sight, out of mind!

  1. I used leftover rice from the night before, but you can also use soaked uncooked rice! The pot I use is the casserole!

  2. Prepare two sea cucumbers cut into sections!

  3. Cut the washed shiitake mushrooms and white jade mushrooms into pieces and put them in a casserole, add a piece of ginger, corn kernels and green beans, and bring to a boil over high heat!

  4. Wash the vegetables and cut them into sections. I use choy sum! When everything in the pot is cooked, put it in and cook for a while!

  5. Finally add chives, light soy sauce, salt and sesame oil!
