Stir-fried bacon with garlic and bean curd
Overview
I went to Huayin a few days ago. The local bean curd is very delicious. I bought some and brought it back. The bean curd is very chewy and can be eaten stir-fried, stewed, cooked in hot pot, made into soup or eaten as a snack. When eating in the refrigerator, just take it out and blanch it in boiling water for easy storage.
