Steps
-
Prepare pork, pork belly or lean meat, a handful of vermicelli, a pound of beans, two green onions, two steamed buns, and a bowl of flour
-
Soak the vermicelli in warm water until soft, then cut the vermicelli into small pieces of about 5 cm
-
Slice the meat and marinate it with oyster sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine and chicken essence for 10 minutes
-
While the meat is marinating, cut the green onion into 1cm pieces and break the beans into small pieces
-
Knead the steamed buns into pieces with your hands
-
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot. When the oil is hot, add the marinated meat and stir-fry. When the meat turns white, add the vermicelli and stir-fry until the water is almost dry
-
Pour the fried meat and vermicelli into the pot with the beans and green onions, and stir
-
Finally, add the flour and crumbled steamed bun residue and mix thoroughly. You can add a spoonful of salt here. If the flour is not enough, you can add more until it feels not sticky
-
After stirring, put it on a plate, or spread a layer of cage cloth on the cage, pour it on the cage cloth, boil the water and steam over medium heat for 40 minutes.
-
Finally, let’s cook some garlic chili and eat it with steamed vegetables. It’s so fragrant. . . First mash the garlic, add some chili powder, and then some salt
-
Pour oil into the pot, preferably a little more, put a bay leaf, a dozen peppercorns, and an star anise into the cold oil, and simmer over low heat
-
After the oil is hot, take out the spices, pour the hot oil into the garlic chili noodles we prepared, and you're done!
