Sweet and Sour Short Ribs

Wash the ribs, cut into small pieces, marinate with appropriate amount of salt for 30 minutes. (The amount of salt is about the same as that usually used for cooking)

Dissolve large rock sugar with appropriate amount of boiling water.

Boil water in a pot and blanch the marinated pork ribs.

Drain the water.

Crack an egg into a bowl, add an appropriate amount of flour, add a little water, and mix well.

Pour in half of the drained pork ribs and coat evenly with the egg wash.

Pour more oil into the pot and fry the short ribs coated in egg liquid over low heat.

Fry until slightly brown and drain the oil.

Leave a little oil in the pot, pour in the melted rock sugar water, and cook over low heat until bubbling.

Quickly pour in appropriate amount of tomato paste and mix well.

Pour in the fried short ribs and coat evenly.
