Clean the gardenias, blanch them in boiling water, take them out, cool them and squeeze out the water.

Cut bacon into thin slices, flatten garlic cloves, and cut chives into sections.

Put a little oil in the pot, add bacon and stir-fry over low heat to remove the oil.

Add garlic cloves and scallions and saute until fragrant.
