Fried rice noodles with bean sprouts and beef
Overview
The temperature has been very high these days and I have lost my appetite, and I am not in the mood to cook. I bought rice noodles in the morning to prepare for cold salad. However, LG has a bad stomach and temporarily changed to fried rice noodles with some beef and soybean sprouts. The body consumes a lot of energy when it is hot and sweats a lot, so it is necessary to supplement some protein and vitamins. Soybean sprouts can clear away heat and improve eyesight, replenish qi and nourish blood, prevent gum bleeding, cardiovascular sclerosis and lower cholesterol.
