Overview
I often have soy milk made from whole grains for breakfast. I used to throw away the filtered bean dregs. I always felt it was a pity to throw it away. Today I used it to make steamed buns. It is not wasted and is nutritious.

Prepare ingredients, dissolve yeast powder with warm water.

Pour the milk into the mixture of flour and bean dregs, add an appropriate amount of sugar, and stir with chopsticks to form a fluffy consistency.

Then slowly add water and knead it into a smooth dough, cover it with plastic wrap and leave it in a warm place to ferment.

Let the dough rise until doubled in size.

Put it in a steamer and let it ferment for half an hour, then turn it on over high heat, steam over medium heat for 15 minutes, and then simmer for another 3 minutes before taking it out of the pot.
