Prepare 2 cups of flour

Cooked sesame powder, milk and sugar are set aside.

Put sesame powder and white sugar into the flour, mix the milk + yeast and pour into the flour and stir.

The kneaded dough is placed in a warm place to ferment.

Let it rise until about 2 times in size (about 1 hour in winter)

Take it out and knead it for 5 minutes, then roll it into thick slices.

Roll into long strips and cut into small pieces for steamed buns.

Line the steamer with oiled paper, put the steamed buns in and cook for 20 minutes.

Bring warm water to steam, turn on the steam and steam for another 12 minutes, turn off the heat for 2 minutes and remove.
