Curry Soda Crackers

Overview

This is a small biscuit with a special taste. If your friends don’t like the taste of curry, consider trying it. It’s my first time to make it, and the sweetness is still there. It feels okay. I keep eating the regular ones, but try something new and unique

Steps

  1. Sieve the classification mix

  2. Filter

  3. Add butter and mix well

  4. Then add milk, egg whites and sesame seeds, and use your hands to form a shape

  5. Place the dough on the plastic wrap, use a larger piece of film to rest on, and roll it into a cake shape

  6. Freeze the cake for 30 minutes

  7. Take it out and cut into cubes

  8. If it is thick, press it flat with plastic wrap, place it on a baking sheet, and brush the surface with egg white

  9. Preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes
