Coke Chicken Wings

Overview

Cola Chicken Wings is a very simple dish, very suitable for novice friends.

Prepare 10 chicken wing middle sections, you can add more if you like. A bottle of Coke and some shredded ginger.
Use a knife to score a slit on the back of the middle part of the chicken to make it easier to flavor.
Prepare allspice powder.
Add the five-spice powder, shredded ginger and salt to the chicken wings and marinate for an hour.
Put a little oil in the pot, and put the chicken wings into the pot one by one. Do not pour them in one at a time, because the oil will splash out when the water comes out of the chicken wings. When the chicken wings are browned on one side, flip and brown the other side again.
Pour in cola, the cola should cover the chicken wings, and cook over medium heat until the juice is reduced.
Place on a plate and serve. Paired with red wine, it's an even more luxurious experience.
