Deep fried pomfret
Overview
There are still a few small pomfrets in the refrigerator. I think they will be popular as grilled fish. Personally, I still like to bake it in the air fryer. I always think it is more fragrant than baking it in the oven, and it is less likely to stick. This time I turned down the heat and the grilled pomfret was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. My husband likes this taste better

Remove the intestines and gills from the pomfret, wash it, and make two cuts on the front and back of the fish with a knife

Put cooking wine

Add salt

Release soy sauce

Add the barbecue ingredients, smear all the fish with the ingredients with your hands, put it in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours, turning it several times in the middle
