Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies
Overview
I like cookies, but the calories are too high. Adding oats reduces the flour and butter, making it less sinful to eat.

Prepare all the ingredients, I didn’t take a picture of them all!

Fry the oats until fragrant and turn slightly brown.

Sift the flour and add the butter and sugar

Knead the flour, sugar and butter together

Add oats, cranberries and eggs and mix well.

Knead it into a ball, as long as it can be kneaded into a ball with your hands. If it is too dry, add a little milk.

Knead into small balls and press flat

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
