Stir-fried chopped pepper
Overview
This dish is a simple home-cooked dish. It uses a loofah, half an onion, and a little chopped pepper and stir-fry over high heat. It can be a meal in just a few minutes.

Wash the loofah, peel and cut into strips. Peel, wash and cut onions into strips. (Missed the shot)

Heat oil, add chopped pepper and stir-fry evenly.

Add loofah and stir well

Add oyster sauce to taste.

Add a little water and simmer slightly. Add onions.

Stir well and take it out of the pan and onto a plate.
