Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the pork belly and heat it in a pot to remove the blood!
-
Wash the fried tofu in warm water and cut it in half, and cut the pork belly into thin slices!
-
Cut the ingredients and wash the star anise!
-
Heat the pan, pour a few drops of oil into the pan, then add the pork belly and stir-fry!
-
After the oil is fried, put it out on a plate, leaving the bottom oil in the pot!
-
Pour garlic cloves, shredded ginger, and star anise into the pot and stir-fry until fragrant, then add a spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry until red oil comes out (low heat)!
-
Add pork belly and sliced fried tofu and stir-fry!
-
Put the garlic sprouts into the pot, then add salt (don’t put too much, the bean paste itself is salty), pepper powder, thirteen spices, and chicken essence!
-
Stir-fry a few times and serve on a plate. The reason why we use Sichuan peppercorn powder is because the Sichuan peppercorn seeds will be caught in the fried tofu, making it easier to chew when eating, you know!
