Overview
Because mung bean sprouts contain more water, they have become one of the vegetables to lose weight. Usually I blanch it in water and eat it cold. Today I will make a vinegar version for my family. The spicy and sour taste and the crispiness of the bean sprouts make this simple side dish show its tempting side.

Wash the mung bean sprouts and put them into pots for later use.

Ingredients include: mung bean sprouts, dried chili peppers, chopped green onions and minced garlic.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and add some salt.

When the oil is slightly hot, add dried chilies and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add minced garlic and stir-fry until garlic becomes fragrant.

Add mung bean sprouts and continue to stir-fry.

When it is 7 or 8 minutes cooked, add vinegar and stir evenly.

Turn off the heat, remove from the pan, serve on a plate, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
