Wash the pork bones, put them into a pot of cold water and bring to a boil, skim off the floating residue, wash and set aside

Wash corn, onion and ginger, cut into pieces and set aside.

Peel the yam, wash it, cut it into hob pieces and set aside.

Put the blanched pork bones into the pot, add ginger slices, green onions, and water, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over medium-low heat for 40 minutes.

After 40 minutes, the pork bone soup becomes white, add a small spoonful of salt, corn, and yam, and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.

When the soup is ready, turn off the heat, sprinkle in chopped green onion, and add coriander according to personal taste.
