Korean beef and seaweed soup
Overview
Kelp is regarded as a longevity dish for Koreans. On every birthday, guests will be treated to kelp soup. One day I was a guest at a Korean’s house and tasted their beef and seaweed soup, so I went back to make it myself! The taste is almost the same!

Prepare materials, cut kelp into small strips

Slice beef

Add salt, minced garlic, cooking wine, and a little light soy sauce to the beef and mix well

Add cornstarch and continue to mix well and marinate for ten minutes

Heat the oil in the pan, sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add the beef and stir-fry until it changes color

Add kelp and stir-fry, add appropriate amount of water, a little salt and balsamic vinegar

Add a small spoonful of soybean paste and bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes

Finally, sprinkle some chicken essence and add chopped green onion!
