Overview
We had a barbecue on the weekend and bought larger frozen shrimps (no fresh shrimps are sold here). After thawing, they were marinated with herbs. The special fragrance of herbs was mixed with the original charcoal aroma. It was just right!

Thaw the shrimps and put them into a large bowl. Cover the shrimps with cold water. Add 1/2 tsp of refined salt. Stir evenly and let it sit for 20 minutes.

Put 1/4 tsp rosemary, 1/4 tsp basil, 1/4 tsp thyme, 1/4 tsp pepper, and 1/4 tsp salt into a small dish and mix thoroughly.

Rinse the soaked shrimp and drain the water on kitchen paper.

Place a bowl, add shrimps and seasonings.

Stir evenly. If you are afraid that the seasoning will get into your fingernails, you can use two tablespoons to stir.

Put it in the barbecue grill and grill it on both sides. Enjoy!
