Fried egg with rice and fish

I passed by a seafood stall today and saw the beautiful white rice fish, so I took it home 😂😂😂

Rinse the rice fish, drain the water, and salt it 10 minutes before frying. (Really beautiful, didn’t I lie to you? 😏)

Open the eggs and pour them into a large bowl, add chicken powder, a small amount of salt, oil, and white pepper, and stir evenly. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, put the rice fish in the pan and stir-fry for a while. When you see it turns from transparent to white, pour in the stirred egg slurry. When you see the bottom begins to solidify, use chopsticks to turn in circles in the same direction, taking the cooked eggs with you. The slurry will continue to flow into the pan and continue to solidify. Until there is no more flowing egg yolk, add a little oil, turn off the heat, and bake for two minutes using the remaining heat.
