  1. Wash and dice the pork belly, add water to the pot, add ginger slices, add cooking wine and boil (I like to eat soft pork belly), so I cooked it for half an hour.

  2. Cooked pork belly, soybean paste, shredded peppers, minced onions, ginger and garlic.

  5. Add pork belly and stir-fry.

  6. Add soybean paste.

  7. Stir-fry until flavourful.

  8. Add green and red peppers and stir-fry.

  9. Pour in oyster sauce and light soy sauce.

  10. Add water and simmer for a few minutes.
