Put all the ingredients except yeast into a dough in a bread machine and let it sit for 15 minutes to make the dough come out faster. In order to prevent the yeast from fermenting prematurely, the yeast can be put in later in the summer.

Add yeast to the rested dough and knead it until the dough is not easy to break when pulled out, or has holes and becomes smooth.

Divide the dough into 3 parts according to 50%, 25% and 25%. Place 25% of the dough in a bread machine and add matcha powder and knead evenly. The other 25% will be made into original dough without adding any flour.

Add 50% of the dough to the red yeast powder and knead it evenly. The kneading program of the bread machine lasts for about 3 minutes.

Spread the three types of dough separately, cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size. Dip your fingers in flour and poke a hole in the dough. If it doesn't shrink or collapse, it means it's ready.

The fermented dough is deflated, rounded and rested for 15 minutes.

Soak the raisins in rum for half an hour and drain.

Roll the red dough into a rectangle a little narrower than the toast mold, and sprinkle with raisins.

Roll up the dough and close it, and pinch the closing area tightly.

Roll out the white dough to the same width as the red dough, wrap the red dough around it and close it.

Place in a 450g toast mold, cover with plastic wrap and let rise until 8 minutes full, then cover the toast mold and bake in a preheated 210 degree oven for 40 minutes.

The night before, cut 2 potatoes into strips and soak them in cold water for half an hour, drain them, and store them in the refrigerator. Prepare the watermelon toast and store them in a plastic bag at room temperature. The next morning, mix the potato strips with a little oil, put the air fryer at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, put the eggs in the pot and boil for 3 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

When it’s time for French fries, you can prepare toast slices, yogurt with oatmeal, and watermelon juice. The potatoes are done and everything else is done. Daily breakfast can be completed within 30 minutes.

I also prepared anti-hypertensive vegetable juice for the elderly at home: remove the outer skin of the watermelon, leaving only the white part in the middle, celery leaves, a few slices of ginger, squeeze the juice and add honey.
