Garlic Snow Peas
Overview
Snow peas have a rather foreign name, but they are actually pea pods. The tender pods of Dutch peas are crisp and fragrant, and have high nutritional value. In our country, it is called snow pea, in the Netherlands, it is called China pea. This name is very interesting, O(∩_∩)O~

Tear off the tendons from snow peas, wash them, drain them and set aside;

Pour water into the pot, add salt and oil, and after boiling, add the snow peas to blanch;

Then take it out and drain the water;
