Golden taro roll
Overview
Today I used the roasted sesame flavor of Cupid Salad Sauce to season it and make a golden taro roll. Add some blueberries to the taro puree, the inside is glutinous and sweet, and the outside is golden and crispy. It has a unique taste when dipped in cupid salad sauce.

Peel and cut taro into pieces, steam and press into puree

Stir the blueberry jam into the taro puree and mix well

Add appropriate amount of starch to shape
