Chocolate Cake
Overview
I originally wanted to learn how to make a chocolate cake, but after looking at the general steps, I failed. Although there is no cake, just treat it as a chocolate cake! (Similar to the texture of cheesecake) That’s pretty good.

Steps
-
Heat the chocolate and butter over water to melt.
-
Mix the melted chocolate paste evenly. I put some ice packs on the bottom of my basin to help cool down until I felt neither cold nor hot. (37 degrees)
-
Beat eggs and sugar by hand with a whisk until slightly thickened, no need to beat.
-
Pour the egg liquid into the cooled chocolate batter and mix evenly.
-
Add low-gluten flour and mix well. (The original amount of flour was 30 grams. I thought the batter was too thin, so I added 50 grams. I don’t know if it failed because of this). After mixing, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
-
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and divide the middle rack into 8. I made 4 small paper cups.
-
After it comes out of the oven, the cake and paper cups are separated, and they come out as soon as they are poured.
-
Although it's not hearty, it's quite soft and has a strong chocolate flavor.
