Salted egg, lean meat and fennel soup

I really like the flavor of fennel, no matter how it is cooked. I made fennel soup with homemade salted eggs. I loved it!

Prepare ingredients.

Clean the lean meat and cut it into thin slices. Add a small amount of salt, peanut oil, cornstarch and shredded ginger and cook for 5 minutes.

Clean the fennel and cut into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, crack in the salted eggs and fry them.

Then add two bowls of water and bring to a boil.

After the water boils, add the fennel and lean meat in turn.

Continue to boil and season to taste.
