Wash the pork belly and cut into soybean-sized pieces, then mince slightly.

Wash the red onion and garlic and chop into small pieces. (It would be better if there are fried onions)

Heat the pot, pour oil, add the onion diced first and stir-fry until the onion is slightly browned.

Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour in the meat cubes and stir-fry until the moisture in the meat is reduced.

Add rice wine, soy sauce and rock sugar and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in appropriate amount of boiling water.

Pour into the pot and simmer for about 60 minutes.

Boil the quail eggs, peel them, wash them, drain them and set aside.

After simmering for 60 minutes, pour in the quail eggs, add salt, and simmer for another 15 minutes.

Steam the rice, put it into a bowl, top it with braised pork, quail eggs, and your favorite vegetables.
