Grilled Melon Rings with Scallops

This is a dish that my mother loves to cook for me, so I also love to cook it for my sweethearts. Just pour this juice over the rice. I am careful that the liver can make a big bowl, so I will cook a little more juice every time...hehe😁

There are not many things, so prepare the materials first. Peel the zucchini and cut into approximately 5 cm thick slices; rinse the scallops and soak them in water for 5 minutes, remove, rinse, and soak in another bowl of water for 15 minutes. Tear the scallops into pieces with your hands and continue soaking; mince the garlic and set aside.

Boil water in a small pot, add chicken powder and salt, cook the zucchini rings together, remove the zucchini and arrange them.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add minced garlic, then remove the chopped scallops and sauté them with the minced garlic. Pour 2/3 of the water used to soak the scallops for the second time into the pot and bring to a boil. Add some chicken powder and salt, then add oyster sauce. After the water boils, cook for 2 minutes. Use the remaining 1/3 water to boil some cornstarch. Stir and slowly pour it into the scallop sauce. Thicken the scallops. When the gravy starts to thicken, you can put it on top of the zucchini rings.
