Soy Salsa with Asparagus and Potato Salad
Overview
A healthy vegetarian salad - Salsa - Salsa is low in calories and rich in healthy ingredients. It is a healthy salad dressing that is different from ordinary salad dressings. It is simple to make, the ingredients are easily available, and you can slightly change it according to your own taste. Today’s salsa uses umami brewed soy sauce, which is in line with the tastes of Asia, especially my family, and can be regarded as the specialty of this salsa. It is paired with simple and nutritious vegetables: potatoes and asparagus, of which potatoes can be used as the staple food. Therefore, this is a healthy vegetarian meal that is suitable for both meals and dishes, with reasonable combinations and rich in nutrients.
