  1. Cut the lettuce lengthwise in the middle, rinse and break into larger pieces.

  2. Thinly slice green onions.

  3. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add 1 tablespoon of salt, a little vegetable oil, and blanch the lettuce for about half a minute, turning it over halfway through.

  4. Take it out and put it on a plate and put some shredded green onion on top.

  5. Pour a little oil into the pot, add shredded green onions and stir-fry.

  6. Add cooking wine, steamed fish soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and balsamic vinegar and bring to a boil.
