Sushi--simple ingredients can be made at any time
Overview
Sushi is one of the favorite traditional foods of the Japanese. The main material is cold rice seasoned with vinegar, plus fish, seafood, vegetables or eggs as ingredients. It is delicious and very popular among Japanese people. This time I made it based on my personal preference, mainly using mushroom meat sauce as the main seasoning. It is very delicious. . .

Steps
-
Prepare the ingredients, an appropriate amount of seaweed, an egg, a piece of ham, an appropriate amount of carrots and cucumbers, a packet of sweet and sour sauce, and a packet of tomato sauce.
-
Add 3 tablespoons of white vinegar and white sugar to the steamed cold rice (I used steamed millet yellow rice and white rice) and stir evenly.
-
Separate the egg whites and egg yolks and spread them into thin pancakes.
-
Cut the egg pancake, ham sausage, carrots and cucumber into cubes.
-
Lay out the bamboo curtain, place the seaweed slices on the bamboo curtain, and spread the mixed rice evenly on the seaweed.
-
Then put the cut dices evenly on top, and add an appropriate amount of sweet and sour sauce, tomato sauce and mushroom meat sauce according to personal taste.
-
When spreading the rice on the seaweed, don't make it too thick on both sides so that it sticks easily when rolled.
-
Hold the bamboo curtain tightly and roll up the nori.
-
It can be cut into small pieces for easier consumption.
