Ingredients: Cut the beans into shreds and put them on a plate, take the pork belly out of the refrigerator and defrost it, and chop the onions, garlic, and ginger.

Blanch the shredded beans in hot water, remove and set aside.

Cut the melted meat into slices and add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, white pepper, salt and cooking wine.

Add starch, mix well, and marinate for 20 minutes.

Turn on the heat and pour cooking oil into the pot.

When the oil is hot, add the meat slices and stir-fry.

When the meat pieces change color, add onions, ginger, and minced garlic.

When the onions, ginger and garlic are fragrant, add shredded beans.

Add appropriate amount of salt and pepper powder to taste and stir-fry evenly.

Turn off the heat and serve.
