Stir-fried lychee with loofah
Overview
I like to eat lychees, but I am afraid that I will get angry if I eat too much, so I use cool loofah to make it. Not only do the ingredients complement each other, but the taste of the two is also very harmonious.

Peel and core the lychees, peel out the pulp and set aside

Peel the loofah and cut into pieces

Cut tomatoes into cubes and mince garlic.
