Add olive oil to the soup pot, heat it up, add onions and stir-fry for 10 seconds, then add carrots and stir-fry for 10 seconds, then add celery and stir-fry for 10 seconds.

Pour red wine into the soup pot and stir-fry briefly.

Then add beef marinated with salt and pepper, tomato sauce and water in equal proportions, and bring to a boil over high heat.
