Overview
Summer is here, and everyone often gathers together for barbecues. Beef heart tubes are favored by everyone for their unique taste. Seeing the meat skewers and barbecue products on dirty cutting boards in the market, I finally decided to make my own barbecue supplies for the health of myself and my family. Today I started by making beef heart tubes ^_^

Purchase fresh beef heart tubes, cut them open, and soak them in cold water for 30 minutes.

Remove large pieces of grease and debris from the inside of the heart tube, and rinse with clean water again. Small pieces of grease will melt away during the cooking process.

Add water to the pressure cooker, add all the dry blended cooking wine, then add the heart tube and cook for about 25 minutes.

Cook and let cool before serving.

Cut the cooled core tubes into small pieces, and then thread them into skewers of any size, adjusting the length according to the width of the oven.

You can use the rest of the steps as you like. You can grill it with barbecue sauce, or you can brush it with oil, salt, chili powder, and cumin. You can adjust the taste as you like ^_^
