Ingredients 1: Konjac tofu, garlic sprouts, garlic, ginger, and chili powder.

Ingredients 2: light soy sauce, cold vinegar, sesame oil, salt, and white sugar.

Cut the konjac tofu into 1 cm thick strips.

Cut the garlic sprouts into shreds and mince the ginger.

Mash the garlic into a paste.

Add water to the pot.

After the water boils, add the chopped konjac and cook for 5 minutes. Take it out.

Drain.
