The required materials are as shown in the picture above. For pork, choose the front leg meat of the pig, 70% lean and 30% fat

Chop the meat into minced meat, mince the onion and ginger

Add salt, five-spice powder, chicken essence, soy sauce to the meat filling, and add chopped green onions and ginger
