Ingredients: soaked yuba, carrots, celery. (There is also garlic, I forgot to take a photo.)

Cut celery, yuba and carrot into sections. Mince the garlic and set aside.

Boil water in a pot.

Boil water and add a little salt.

Pour the yuba into the pot and blanch.

Blanch the cooked yuba and rinse with water. Set aside.

Continue to blanch the celery in water.

Pour celery in water and set aside.

In a large bowl, add yuba, celery, carrots, and minced garlic.

Add salt, MSG, sugar, vinegar, steamed fish soy sauce, sesame oil and mix well.
