Cold edamame

A pound of edamame bought by my mother.

Use scissors to cut off the two corners.

All cut.

Put the edamame into water and wash it with your hands.

Boil the water in the pot and add a little salt to cook the edamame.

Remove from pan and drain.

Mix the garlic and minced ginger with salt in advance, heat the oil in the dried chili saute pan over low heat and pour it into a bowl.

Pour balsamic vinegar, light soy sauce and a little sugar into the bowl to taste.

Pour the seasoning into the cooked edamame.

Mix well and serve.
